Water mixt with half an Ounce of powder'd Brimflone. Dry it flowly, and wear it five or fix Days. Sometimes it needs repeating :. Tried. 524. Or, mix Powder of white Hellebore with Cream for three Days. Anoint the Joints three Mornings and Evenings .- It feldom fails : 525. Or, mix a little fine Bay-falt, and as much Flour of Brimflone, with a littlefweet Oil. , Rub it well in the Palms of the Hands , and dry it in. -Itcommonly cures in three Days : 526. Or, beat together the Juice of two or three Lemons, with the fame Quantity of Oil of Rofes. Anoint the Parts affected. It cures in two or three Times ufing. 527. Or, mix an Ounce of Ginger finely powder'd with a Quarter of a Pound of fresh Butter. Ufe it Morning and Evening.- It cures in four or five Days. 139. The King's Evil. 528.
