DEAR TOMMY, The preachers appointed The Conference met at Bristol on Aug. 6, when these appointments were made. for Whitehaven Circuit are John Mason and William Linnell. Jos. Garnet is appointed for Sheffield; and Thomas Wride Assistant in the Armagh Circuit. Many of the people there are much alive. Probably you may cross over to Newry, which brings you just to the spot. Let Brother Mason and Linnell follow the blow at Keswick. I am glad to hear so good an account of John M'Combe.
