To Matthew Lowes LONDON, February 13, 1762. MY DEAR BROTHER, Order concerning Brother Newall as you see good. If he is not wanted in the Manchester Round, I believe he would be welcome in James Oddie's. See letters of Aug. 15, 1761, and of Jan. 25, 1762 (to Lowes). You must not be surprised if there is a deadness in many places during the winter season. But the spring will return. Fear nothing. Hope belongs to us. Fight on, and conquer. I am Your affectionate friend and brother.
