To John Cennick Date: SHIP STREET, March 14, 1748. MY DEAR BROTHER, You say true, Mr. Edwards has not now any authority to let that house. What I desire is to do as I would be done to with as little noise as possible. I am ready just now, and throughly willing to put you into possession of the house. I am only in doubt which is the most inoffensive method of doing it, and whether it would not be best to delay a few days; but in this also I shall be glad to be advised. I salute you and yours in the Lord and our dear brother Toltschig; and am Your affectionate friend and brother.
